Getting started
In essence this is very easy. To start, all you need to do is contact us via phone or email.
The next stage is to organise a time to meet you to gather your requirements and advice on how we can help. We often take up to an hour for our initial meeting, during this time you will meet your account manager. Your account manager will discuss in detail how the project will be transitioned and how often service standards will be reviewed, as in our experience it varies from business to business.
As an outcome of the meeting we will give you a price quote and if you are happy to proceed, we will send you service level agreement* (SLA) for your approval.
* A service-level agreement (SLA) is a contract between a service provider and its external clients that documents what services the provider will furnish and defines the service standards the provider is obligated to meet.
